With a set of matching custom turned legs, topped with a nearly 3 inch thick end grain block, this piece not only added a lot of function to the clients kitchen, but also serves as an eye catching piece of furniture. Timeless Design - Eye Catching Wood
This spalted birch desk will catch the eye from every angle. The top was stabilized with a traditional breadboard ends to prevent cupping or bowing, also adding to its unique design. From the back of the desk, the matching ebony knobs were turned and polished by one of the members of our team, and add the little splash of contrast the desk needed to tie it all together.
